Crockpot Cheeseburgers

Served sloppy joe style

This super easy crockpot recipe was a favorite at my house.  I used it alot when the kids were young, especially on "Date Night" when my husband & I were going out for dinner and I needed something easy for the babysitter to serve them.
The nice thing about this recipe is you can play around with it and change up the ingredients anyway you like.
My kids call it Cheeseburger Goo, as it is served sloppy joe style  on buns

Here is the basic recipe:
CrockPot Cheeseburgers

Ingredients:

1 lb. cooked and crumbled hamburger
1/4 cup Ketchup
1-2 Tblspn. mustard
1 lb. Velveeta cheese cut into cubes.
Optional additions : chopped onions, greenpeppers
hamburger buns
Cook ground beef and drain grease (I use my Master Mix where I  have mine pre-cooked in large batches and put in 1 lb. increments in freezer bags so I can just grab one, thaw in microwave and get my recipes going faster).

add all ingredients except the buns ( of course!) to the crockpot, stir gently .

Cook on low 3-4 hours till cheese is melted and bubbly.  Stir mixture before serving on buns.
