Quick Peanut Butter & Apple Breakfast Wrap

This grab and go breakfast wrap is one of my all time favorites! It is easy to throw together and dash out the door, but still packs enough protein and whole grains in it to keep you fueled for the start of the day.
Peanut Butter, Granola and Apple Wrap

Kid friendly and for adults too, besides breakfast it makes a great between meal snack! I usually make 2 wraps at a time to use up 1 apple. I eat one for breakfast myself and send the other with my husband for a mid morning snack. (He is diabetic and needs to keep his carb levels steady all day)

Jan's Tip: If packing this for a later meal, sprinkle the diced apple before making the wrap with a little lemon juice to keep it from browning.

Peanut Butter & Apple Wrap
makes 1 wrap:

1 7-8 inch whole wheat tortilla
3-4 Tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 apple chopped
2-3 Tablespoons granola

Spread peanut butter evenly with peanut butter
Sprinkle with diced apples and granola
Roll up each tortilla.
Cut in half if desired.
