Crock Pot Philly Cheese Steaks

1 - 1 1/2 lb. package beef stew meat
1 medium onion sliced
1 bell pepper sliced
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Steak Seasoning (I used Weber brand: Chicago Steak)
1/4 cup water.
1 cup shredded mozarella or provolone cheese set aside till serving.
4-6 Sub Rolls slice open lengthwise

Place meat into crock pot
Pour water over meat.
Sprinkle steak seasoning over meat.
Layer onions and peppers on top of meat.
Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

To serve:
If any remaing liquid in crockpot, drain most of it out.
Lightly shred meat with a fork. (I do leave a few chunks though)
Reserving remaining 1/4 cup cheese for topping subs
Mix in 3/4 cup shredded cheese with meat mixture.
Place 1/4- 1/3 cups meat mixture on each sub and top with remaining cheese.
Serve warm.
