Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

This burst of morning sunshine will get your day going on a bright note, with fresh or frozen peaches, your choice of milk, and a bit of protien and other ingredients, to keep you filled up and going all morning long!

This easy to whip together meal replacement is a grab and go drink that you can pull together with frozen peaches or dice up a fresh peach. Do you prefer almond milk, or soy milk, over regular milk, no problem, use what you like!
Peach Smoothie

I don't use ice cubes in mine, as extreme cold can trigger a migraine,but feel free to add some ice cubes if you like it nice and frosty!

Jan's Tip: The optional ground flax will add just a bit of extra fiber to the drink to help sustain you and keep you feeling fuller longer. I add just a touch to every smoothie I make. It's more natural than those fiber packets you can buy and more gentle to your digestive system if you've never used supplements.

Peaches & Cream Protein Smoothie
Quick & Easy protein smoothie is a refreshing taste of peach. A burst of sunshine to get your day going.
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen or fresh Peaches diced
  • 1 1/4 cups Milk: any kind ( soy, almond, or regular
  • 1 scoop vanilla protien powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Optional: Ground flax seed
Mix all ingredients in a blender.add more milk if you want it to be thinner, and blend again.Serve immediately

Yield: 1 serving
